Carlos Mojica

The youngest chef in Healdsburg brings together the tastes of Latin America, South America, and the Caribbean.

A native of El Salvador, Carlos has always had a passion for cooking, and how the scents of ingredients can transport you from memory to memory. Carlos got his start as a dishwasher and quickly moved through well-known kitchens from there. Carlos’ family has had a big influence on his career. Together, they pooled money to help him open his restaurant. His grandmother’s lessons and style carry through the food he shares today.
